Pre-Workout: Day 9: P90X/Insanity Hybrid: Max Cardio Conditioning

It's hot outside…so what! That doesn't stop ME nor YOU from working out! (Unless you've passed out already). Today I do Insanity's Max Cardio Conditioning. I will be replenishing with a light recovery drink; I'm thinking creatine. Can you say sweat, SWeat, SWEAT!
