On a serious note: Weight Training

I have a feeling many of you won't enjoy this, but weight training improved my quality of life and maybe it can do the same for you guys if you have the tools. If anything can explain how I feel about staying healthy it would best be a quote by Mark Rippetoe – "Strong people are harder to kill than weak people, and more useful in general." I'm almost tempted to tell you guys that weight training isn't for everyone, but in my opinion there are very few people that won't benefit from it- including women! Like I said if you have any questions I will do my best to help as I have done a TON of research on this stuff.
