Peter Wilson – Fitness – [Official] I'm Peter Wilson, a 23 year old Personal Fitness Instructor from the UK. This is a demo of one of my Conditioning Sessions, filmed at my local fitness club where I work and train. I've tried to cover a majority of training and conditioning exercises that I use when working, both personally and with my clients. My conditioning sessions focus on upper body, lower body and core training. Using a combination of these varying exercises helps to give you a full body workout, covering strengthing, toning, cardio, conditioning and weight loss.
