Is any fast food actually good for you. In this series Bryan will be visiting Subway, Burger King, McDonald's, Taco Bell and Chick-fil-A. The focus of the American diet is calories and fat, when it should be on simple carbohydrates, sugar, HFCS and processed food (lots of chemicals and preservatives). In most cases fast food, such as Wendy's is the same low quality processed food that you can buy at a regular grocery store. Wendy's, like all fast food is devoid of nutrition. Wendy's uses a lot of healthy buzz words, such as natural, fresh and premium to describe their products. By definition when applied to food these words have no meaning. Wendy's uses azodicarbonamide, a known toxin and HFCS in their buns. The chicken and beef used at Wendy's is the same poor quality meat that you buy in the grocery store. All of the chemicals and preservatives that Wendy's and other restaurants use simply are not healthy.
