When You Want Strength

When you ask for Strength, as I always do in prayer before training, look at every training session as an Opportunity to learn what real strength is, whatever that is for you. Every training session for me was worse than the one before, for more than a year, and then the years coming back were painful and extremely tough mentally and physically. Aside from the pains of Ulcerative Colitis, my body had lost all ability to fight inflammation in my joints. There are no great feats of strength here but every clip that you see were "Balls To The Wall, Everything That I Had" and hopefully you can see than even the lightest of weights were GREATLY celebrated and appreciated.
