This is the 16 minute ab workout that comes with Insanity by Shaun T. The first few minutes are a little tough. This is different than P90X Ab Ripper X in that there are no sit-ups or crunches. Shaun T proves you don't need those to get flat, tight abs, and I'll give you a brief demo of the workout.
