-A surprisingly accurate recreation of the sounds I hear during sleep paralysis- This is a reupload of an older video, because the old video would only play in 240p–the sound quality was terrible. This one is available in glorious 720p. Yes, on YouTube, the video size also affects the sound compression. So what exactly are you hearing here? I often wake up to a rushing windy sound–like an air conditioner or a fan running in another room. I feel an irregular, throbbing pressure on the back of my skull. Fear will make the the throbbing more intense. My ears are ringing. Like many people, I also hear shuffling footsteps.
