P90X One on One: Yoga MC2

Very challenging Yoga routine. There are some new advanced moves that I didn't attempt, but hopefully I will be able to pick them up eventually. This workout is about 60 minutes and mainly consists of yoga and some balance poses and stretches, but not nearly as much as Yoga X. There also isn't an ab routine. Also I actually do this workout on December 10th, so sorry for the late upload.
