Ally Bain is the "Ally" behind Ally's Law, also known as the Restroom Access Act, which states that anyone with a medical emergency must be allowed access to an employee restroom. The law has passed in 12 states and is pending in several more. A current senior in college, Ally plans to continue in her advocacy efforts by pursuing the passage of the legislation in other states as well as on a federal level. She is proud of everyone who has made the effort to spread awareness and make lives better for the estimated 1.4 million Americans living with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.
