I AM being the change by: Taking time to exercise w/ FRIENDS!

We all know the benefits of exercising – but I'm more interested in the motivation behind your fitness regime. I encourage everyone to consider why they are working out. I work out, to stay healthy, as a way of honoring my life and my body. I don't over-do it, I take an hour a day to do some kind of physically challenging activity that I enjoy. One of the best things you can do for yourself, that allows you to enjoy the process of exercising, is get a group of friends to workout with you! It's so good to surround yourself with people who love you and you enjoy. The workouts go by like a breeze – and, as you can see here… you can enjoy a little extra time together over a post-workout coffee!!! Life is good! How are YOU being the change?
