Be Aware! this snack is so delicious you will get addicted! A healthy amazing snack bar, great for colitis! A sure hit with the guests and at home with the family! Sugar-free and gluten-free. A wonderful snack bar, it is healthy and very easy and quick to do. The ingredients are: Almonds, honey, butter and vanilla bean. Add chocolate if you like or can tolerate it. It is a perfect gift also! :) It is perfect for colitis who is on the specific carbohydrate diet (SCD) and for people with irritable bowel syndrome (ibs).
