I like cooking Butternut Squash soups, but I really like them with bacon. So I made some adjustments and started this soup recently. It fits in well with my SCD modified diet and my ulcerative colitis IBD disease. Finding foods that not only taste good, but are also fun to make and my wife likes is the key to a happy life for me.
