Yoga Postures – Vajrasana “Thunderbolt Pose”.

In the beginning don't practice this pose for more than 2 or 3 minutes maximum. After getting accustomed to this posture you can increase the time duration in this pose gradually without straining. When you make it as a practice to perform this Yoga Pose for a minimum period of 5 minutes you will yield the benefits of Vajrasana fully.
