Fitness: Fast and Easy Workout to Toned Legs and a Flat Tummy

Hi guise. Here is my super simple exercising/weight loss secret. It only takes 10 minutes and is weatherproof. I'll first explain my secret, then talk about my personal results, and finally I'll give some alternative exercise routines. PS I generally run at night an hour or two before I go to bed, in the staircase that most people don't take so they don't think I'm a weirdo LOL. DO NOT ATTEMPT THIS ROUTINE IF YOU HAVE A SUPER SCARY STAIRCASE.
