The deficiency of these vitamins may cause beriberi, ariboflavinosis, paresthesia, pellagra and pernicious anemia. Vitamin B rich foods include citrus fruits, egg, milk, dairy products, poultry and meats, fish and seafood, green leafy vegetables, beans and peas.
