Weight Loss Update

Hey Loves! I'm very pleased with my weight loss and decrease in my body inches. I'm shrinking before your eyes :-) Life happens so I had to adjust the number of days I'm working out and continue to monitor and ensure I eat my daily caloric amount. Weight loss is not just about how few calories you eat. If you do not consume enough calories in a day, you will gain weight. Ask me how I know? Lol!
