Healthy Bodybuilding Meal Recipe

High Protein meal with chicken & veggies! Ingredients: 2 egg whites Chicken stock (1cube) Chicken Breast (your serve should be the size of your palm) LSA Mix Almond Meal Olive Oil for the pan Eggplant Zucchini Capsicum Low Fat (1%) Cottage Cheese Method: Whisk the egg whites with the stock in a bowl. Place your chicken into the stock/egg white mixture and let marinate for 10 minutes. Place about 1/4 of a cup of LSA mix onto a butter plate and spread out a little bit. Remove the chicken from the marinate and place into the LSA mix and coat evenly. Arrange sliced vegetables on a lined baking pan, spray with olive oil. Place in moderate oven (roughly 180 degrees CELCIUS) for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile prepare your hot plate on med-high heat. Spray the hot plate/pan with olive oil and cook the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through! The 'crumbs' should go a bit golden brown. Remove from pan and arrange on plate. Add Cottage cheese to the veggies as shown in the vid! Yum
