A complete workout of Ab and Chest/Back. First off big fan of Ian Lauer from CSCS, he is has crazy has me when it comes to working out. Truely awesome guy all around. I had to do one myself. I forgot to Flex my back but, these exercises through the pushs bring out the back like no other. It is some what a boxer or Martial Art type of push up routine. Abs Get a full rotation of many types of sit ups at full range. It allows everything to be worked thoughly and quality. Very hard for a begginer but, with two months of these exercises along with cardio and committment weight loss and muscle growth garrentted.
