Water fast 21 day Weight loss Journey Introduction

SUBSCRIBE!!! VOTE!!! Follow me as I use compiled research and expert opinion on my journey back to ME…but better…healthier. I am doing a 21 day water fast I have been eating veg n fruit for 7days…6lb loss already!!! I use "smooth move" every night before bed to move waste in the morning. Friday is my first day with water only. The correct amount for me is one gallon of water per day… I am doing this fast to RESET my body. Cleanse it and start fresh. The amount of toxins I have ingested are unreal….lol So, Here we go. Tomorrow on May 27, 2011 I will start my quest for a calmer more focussed me at 5am. *note I will be ingesting iron, calcium and a multi-vit. ** any suggestions made by me should be researched by you and your physician.
