Turn up the volume. Crazy Jogger does whilstlin' Roger. Ok, allow me to explain before anyone thinks I should be sectioned. I have a treadmill in my shed which I use 4/5 mornings a week. To prevent the boredom, I listen to my ipod and occasionally sing along in my own little world. I got to thinking that putting a few bad moves together might create some video fun.
