Maki is an AFAA certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor. She victoriously fought Rheumatoid Arthritis, one of the toughest autoimmune disorders, and successfully recovered from Total Hip Replacement surgery. She attributes her living miracles to the "Power of Fitness". She created this DVD for people with the similar issues to enjoy healthy life again, as well as for people who want to shape up their hips and legs fit & fabulous! Maki was born in Japan and lives in New York.
