Watch Me Shrink 15th Update (Jessica) (Summer Update)

I started off the journey weighing 194 (see my other videos) Now, I'm healthy and just trying to tone up. I am jogging a few times a week b/ci havent had the time to go to the gym so often. I also jut stared going Pilates, and lifting little 10 pound weights. I think its too overrated to jump on a scale. My personal trainer said to me, "It doesn't matter how much you weigh, as long as you feel and look good."
