Whenever I have some back pain and require a little stretching I hang inverted at about the 50 or 60 degree setting for about five minutes or so. I have tried the full inversion (90 degrees) but this position tends to place a lot of pressure on the instep of both feet and it becomes uncomfortable after a couple of minutes, so I don't use this position as often. This product arrived with parts loose in the package; fortunately all the nuts and bolts were still in the sealed bag. However, one of the plastic bushings was broken so I had to use some super glue to piece it back together. It was relatively easy to put together and it took me just over an hour, counting drying time for the glue. I am happy with this product since it does what it is designed to do. The dimensions put together are 51" length x 36 1/2" wide (handle to handle) and the height will depend on your particular setting, but the basic height range is from 4'9" to 6'8". The entire system weighs approximately 60 – 70 lbs. The A-Frame assembly does fold for easy stowage, but the back cushion has to be removed. Is this the best inversion table? Maybe or maybe not, since I think they all work the same and do the same thing, but for the price, it's not a bad investment. It is sturdy, will not tip over and will hold up to 250 lbs.
