Here is this weeks workout!! We are working out the chest, triceps, quads, abs, and doing some cardio to BURN THAT FAT!! 10 reps of each exercise-arms and legs 4 minutes of cardio-jumping jacks/mountain climbers approx. 4 minutes of abs. (Notice: I was going to do abs to a different song I was listening to on my iphone while I was filming and last minute changed my mind so my counting will be off just to let you know, just go with it!
Also, I am using weights that I am comfortable with just to stay toned, I am not trying to gain more muscle, but if you are by all means add mroe weight! ![]() |
