P90X Chest Shoulder Triceps – Week 12 – Airborne Plyometric Pushups

Yeah. These are tough. But this shows that they can be done. Even by regular people. Now, I didn't start off being able to do them. I was barely able to even do the regular clap when I started. 12 weeks in to the program and I am now able to get airborne.
