It's another at home workout! No equipment needed at all! I've upgraded to Fitness Forum's studio so it is a little bit better quality! If you would like to up the intensity add weight…via dumbbells..bands..kids…whatever!
This workout is made to make you sweat…plain and simple (I was and I only demonstrated them!) We have 4 different exercises in groups of 4 sets (the second set being only 3 core movements) Each move is for 30 seconds unless I specify (Knee Jabs)…here are the moves 1st group- Side to Sides, Power Jacks, Plyo Lunges, Straight leg kicks (repeat) 2nd group- Moutain Climbers, Burpees, Floor Kicks (repeat) 3rd group- Skiers, Side to Side with Heisman hold, Switch foot, Squat Floor Taps 4th group- Choppy feet, Power Jacks, Knee Jabs, Side Mountain Climbers If you are just starting out, go through each group just once, but if you feel that you want to up the intensity, go through 1 group, then right back through that same group..then move on to the next.
