My Rapid Weight Loss – Watch me shrink and lose 20 kgs! – Day 14

Rapid weight loss in just a few weeks. Watch me lose 20 kilograms (44 lbs) with daily updates until I reach my goal. How will I do this? Go for a morning and afternoon walk, 1 hour each day. That's 2 hours of walking every day. That works out to be about 10 kilometers per day. Breakfast: One large bowl of low fat high fibre cereal with skim milk (non-fat). Lunch : Low fat crackers topped with low fat cottage cheese and sliced tomato. Dinner : One 425 gram (15 oz) tin of baked beans OR One 425 gram (15 oz) tin of tuna with a desertspoon of low fat mayo and some diced onion. I know this isn't the healthiest way to lose weight but I don't plan on doing it for long. It's very effective at losing weight rapidly. Once I have reached my goal weight I'll continue to walk the same 2 hrs per day but will change my diet to a healthier one. Please subscribe, like and fav to help encourage me!
