Hello Everyone, if you have been following my Operation Body Makeover then you would know I have been on a personal journey in trying to lose weight after having two c-sections. I am almost there!! With recent news from my dr…stating I cannot do Turbo Fire or anything high impact for now, I have been watching what I eat..and have maintained my weight. Even with the weight loss I have not seen a dramatic change in my stomach area…so that is why I am FINALLY COMING OUT…to say, I have DIASTASIS RECTI, a condition that takes specific targeted exercise and training. I am starting a few programs and I being my own guinea pig to see if I can lower my Diastasis Recti without surgery!! I will also be using SHAKEOLOGY to help maintain my weight!!
