The most effective and least expensive solution to aid digestion is miso soup! In the video, we list 10 reasons why. We eat Miso around 5 times a week. It is very simple to make. This is the kind that we use is a barley miso, aged for 3 years. Some say it has a very strong flavor. So you might want to start off with lighter color paste instead. The base three ingredients you need are water, wakame and the miso itself. (salting is optional) Here's a simple recipe, but there are many online to try. 1. Boil 3 cups of water 2. Add the wakame and at least 2 vegetables (kale, onion, celery, daikon, etc) 3. Dissolve and add the Miso before turning off the heat. (usually 1 tbsp of paste per 3 cups of water) 4.
