I want you to turn to your right. Start with the right foot slightly infront of the left. 80% of the weight in the right leg, 20% in the left. Right palm up infront, left palm facing the right palm. Relax. Relax the shoulders. Sink into your posture. I want you to turn to the right. Now you are going to shift the weight back into the left leg while cupping the right elbow with the left hand. Keeping the weight in the left leg, you are going to turn to the left and chop down with both hands. Shift the weight forward, sinking. Remember your exhale, set up the base, and then turn and press. And that completes that segment.
