Yang Style Tai Chi in Roseville, California
Here is a performance of Yang 24 Short Form Tai Chi done in the early morning along the path of the wetlands in Roseville, CA just outside of Sacramento. To feel the cool spring breeze, to hear the many birds calling out, to see the jackrabbits scurrying, to hear the honking of the pheasants, and to track the snail pacing along leaving it's moist tracks were a few great experiences we appreciated. Even the snail was traveling in the timing to our slow continuous movements of Tai Chi!!
