Unhealthy lifestyles at a young age progress into chronic health problems that typically follow the child well into adulthood. Healthy children are known to do better in school, be happier and have higher self esteem. The program educates children and parents on living a healthier and happier life. The initial stage lasts for 3 months. Afterwards, the child stays with the online community via Facebook and other means to support a sustained healthy lifestyle. Accountability is key to long term sustainability. The children generally see great results within the first month and quickly learn how their bodies respond to good nutrition and exercise. Additionally, all learn how to be a better food shopper. Upon graduation, all will understand more about nutrition and fitness than most Americans.
