Lentils and Rice PART 2

Skip to part 3 if you just want to see me drink it. I'm experimenting to see if I can come up with affordable healthy ways for people like me who are on a budget, want to work out, and can't afford to buy a lot of groceries. I've found that lentils and rice when combined make a complete protein and are both high in healthy calories. Obviously you can't get all your nutritional needs from just drinking this, but I'm hoping that I can add this to my meals at work to bring my caloric intake up to meet not just my base metabolic rate, but also enough calories to meet the needs of working out. Anyways, this is just the start of experimenting to find a drink that helps both with saving money at the grocery store, and bringing my caloric intake up so that my body doesn't cannibalize itself for calories
