Today was the 10th day of my 90 day challenge. Today was kind of crazy. I didn't get any exercise in and I didn't get all of my nutrition in either. Hopefully, tomorrow will be a better day.

Easy Exfoliation

It's super simple to do! All you need is Sodium Bicarbonate(too big of a big word for you? (: It's baking soda. ), your cleanser(mine is the Neutrogena Fresh Foaming Cleanser) and water! Do it 2-3 times a week. The reason it works as an exfoliator is because the baking soda is really fine and it will remove the gunk. Chemically speaking, it is a base.
