It is no secret that there's a sensitive and complexed connection between our physical and mental health. And if "all disorders come from stress" then the key to cure them, to reach harmony, to find the meaning of life and to live a happy life is inside us. So, how can we find this key to ourselves? How to learn solving the "unsolvable problems" and be happy? Elena Lazo-Yasen, Cand.Sc. in Psychology, Resource specialist in remedial gymnastics and dietology works upon this issues during the last 20 years. She has created and practiced the unique programme for physical and psychic improvement "The Synthesis". In her student days, on the fourth grade of PE Faculty, Elena has started running her classes with the quite mature women. At first, it was gymnastics and respiratory exercises, and gradually the whole complete system was formed, having as its' core the philosophy and spiritual practices of the peoples of the East. Elena admitted that a lot of useful and interesting was obtained from her studies in China and India. The results of training were obvious. Her attendants have felt themselves young again, felt the ease of motion and breath, the joy of life. The group was growing bigger and bigger and now Elena is the head of her own club, where hundreds of people are being trained under her programme. The name of the club is "Synthesis". The tree is erected and lit in late November or early December. In recent years, the lighting has been broadcast live nationwide on NBC's Christmas in Rockefeller Center show. The tree, usually a Norway spruce 69 to 100 feet (21 to 30 m) tall, has been put up every year since 1933. In 2011, the 74-foot (23 m) tree will be lit on November 30 and remain until January 6, 2012.
