Circular Strength Training – Macebell 360’s

I made a homemade adjustable macebell (4ft long x 1.5 inch thick). In this clip i was swinging 7kg & the weight of the bar so under 10kg. 10 reps one side & 10 the other. Very tough on your grip, core, balance etc looks easy but it ain't! Have been inspired by Scott Sonnon, Steve Maxwell, Mark Sisson, Jake Shannon & the like. Started including circular strength drills into my workouts. Have been on a 4 hr body diet, primal/ paleo diet for the last few months & im feeling great.
