Hey guys, Day 4. I've been feeling really good. Today I had later workouts in the afternoon. I'll be going to to the gym friday, saturday, and sunday running 3 miles. Now heres a little update, This weekend I will be showing workouts/diet things at home. Also, next week I will be recording more of what I do. I just needed time to get in fixed with things.
