A surprise fundraiser for Jason and Teresa. A Jason a 35 year old diagnosed with Stage 4 inoperable Colorectal Cancer. He and his wife and I been faced with this challenge, have accepted the challenge and will work hard for a positive outcome. They have found keeping a positive attitude and the support of those around them key components to a successful outcome.
