Fun Cardio Workout-Read description.wmv

So this was me doing cardio and having some fun. I do my cardio by jogging on the spot and to music. The reason being that it makes sure I keep a consistent pace and I'll easily know when I'm going to fast or slow by how it feels on my legs. I do this for 25 mins twice a week because I use my off days to lower my carb intake so I won't need to do too much cardio.
