30 day diet challenge and eat all you want and loose and lets see who is the biggest looser

Hi this is a diet cutting out most carbs from your food intake a day. Rules are No PASTA potato's Sugar candy fruit No rice. Eat all you want stay under 5% carb content on package thats it and lets watch the pounds shed off excise would be great but you don't have too. If your hungry @ 2 am go eat as long as it's not Carbs so go get that spicy rib our chicken wing and loose
