RECAP: Not everyone can do all of this stuff. So here is the Guideline. Find one exercise for your ARMS LEGS BACK STOMACH (optional; shoulder, calves, triceps etc.) Do FIVE reps of each. And for holding exercises hold for TEN. Then jump around rub yourself for a good minute or two. Then do it all over again but increase the reps by ONE. And the hold count by ONE. Go till you get to 10 Reps & 15 Seconds. THEN DANCE!!!
