Specifically, do belly wraps with cling wrap and/or pressure/shaping garments actually shrink the area? Sorry the editing is weird. I was editing it pretty much blind because my computer can't handle the program and doesn't display the videos properly lol No! Didn't work for me. There are ones that sell all kinds of creams with it that claim to work. I've never tried those. But I heard from people that just using cling wrap, material or pressure garments works as well because it heats up the area. I also used a hot water bottle and wrapped myself in a blanket on a warm day, so I sweat a fair bit. It still did virtually nothing. The things people do to try and lose inches. lol
