As part of this months workouts from the Metabolic Masterpiece Body Sculpting Program www.metabolicmasterpiece.com I have incorporated an exercise at the end of each workout where I hold the contraction for a 10 count. I'm not just holding it… I'm squeezing the heck out of the muscle. Aim for 5 reps and perform 3 sets. Examples for other body parts would be; leg extensions, leg curls, low cable pulley fly's, hammer curls, reverse triceps pressdowns, and cable crunches.
