Video pretty much explains it all. I had a Colonoscopy and Endoscopy yesterday. (October 25, 2011) I kept saying lots of positive affirmations prior to the procedures to help me. At first I wasn't sure if I wanted to make this video,, but I wanted to ease other peoples minds about these important life saving procedures. They are not as bad as some people make them out to be. I am very glad I had them done. I will get my results next month.
