Step-aerobic Fresh Club
Incepand din 28 februarie 2011 isi incepe activitatea Fresh Club, cu ore de Aerobic, Step Aerobic, Pilates, Tae bo si Zumba. Avand o sala moderna de 90 metri patrati, situata in cvartalul dintre Splaiul Unirii (zona Timpuri Noi), Nerva Traian, B-dul Octavian Goga si Calea Vitan (zona Mall Vitan), se adreseaza locuitorilor din apropiere, dornici sa faca miscare pe ritmuri de muzica. Accesul la Fresh Club este facil si se poate face din zona statiei de metrou Timpuri Noi, prin Nerva Traian pe strada Ion Minulescu si apoi pe strada Morilor. Situata intre strada Anastasie Panu si strada Mugur Mugurel, la sala de Aerobic se poate ajunge si din Calea Vitan zona Mall Vitan pe srada Zizin sau Foisorului. Din bulevardul Octavian Goga, pe langa magazinul Dacia, se poate merge pana la capatul strazii Anastasie Panu, imediat dupa Gyuri's Pub, unde este situata sala de Aerobic Fresh Club. Imobilul de la nr 50 este construit la sfarsitul anului 2008 si are 5 etaje, iar pe cladire se afla o reclama luminosa a firmei Antibiotice care are de asemenea sediul acolo. Dotarea cu vestiare incapatoare si grup sanitar modern, face ca Fresh Club sa fie una din cele mai cochete Sali de Aerobic din zona Timpuri Noi — Mall Vitan. Sala de aerobic Fresh Club este accesibila si pentru cei ce locuiesc in zona Soseaua Mihai Bravu intre Calea Vitan si Splaiul Unirii. RI, and Possible Constipation for Borneo Short-tail Python
My Borneo short-tail was showing signs of respiratory infection (bubbles on mouth, awkward breathing pattern, whistling). I was pretty confident that it wasn't RI as my setup is really good. Just some stuck shed on the nostrils that I couldn't remove. Doctor confirmed that it doesn't look like RI as well, but prescribed some anti-biotics just in case. We also found that she might have a possible blockage for her fecal matter. So we took an x-ray and will be monitoring it for the next 10 days or so. Doctor suggested that I soak her daily to help with the constipation. He did say that it is rare for snakes to have it. From my knowledge, short-tails have a tendency to hold in feces for a really long period of time (compare to other pythons), so I am not too worry about this part of it. The hard thing to do now is to give her anti-biotics.
