Chapped hands

Chapped hands are the sign of damage to the outer layer of the skin cells. This damage can be manifested as rough skin. Rough skin is the result of the cells dry out and becoming partially loosened from the under layers of dermis. Chapped hands are also shown as dry skin. Dry skin results when the cells actually lose some or all of their moisture content and are no longer hydrated and plump. The redness of chapped hands is due to losing the top layer of skin so the tiny capillaries which nourish the skin are closer to the surface and therefore show more of the blood flow. In addition, the body’s natural healing mechanism brings extra blood supplies to any injured area to attempt to remedy the damage.

Another symptom of chapped hands is peeling. Peeling of the skin’s outer layers occurs when the cells lose their hydration and die. Then the dead cells slough off, sometimes in layers or groups of cells which appear as peeling skin. Cracking occurs when the breaks in the protective organ for the body known as the skin becomes too thin due to slough off, and minor cracks show the under layers of the skin. Because infection can enter through any break in the skin, where cracks can sometimes enlarge and become even more dry and painful.

Sensitivity occurs when the skin cells have disappeared or become thinned to the point where nerve endings are closer to the surface of the skin. Therefore sensitivity to the extent of pain can result. Tenderness of the chapped hands is another way of expressing that the delicate balance of the skin’s infection fighting and protective layer has been compromised.

The listed symptoms are only the result of damage already done. They are uncomfortable, painful even and can lead to infection and scars. Chapped hands can result from any one of a number of causes; determining the cause can do much toward accomplishing a permanent cure. Premature skin wrinkles

Aging is guaranteed. There is no way to avoid it, or the symptoms and signs that accompany it. Every day we are growing older and older, and once we reach a certain age, specific things begin to show. There are five basic steps that you should take in order to prevent this from happening, and although some of them can seem a bit difficult to partake in, they will benefit you greatly, not only your looks on the outside, but also with your overall health on the inside.

Step One: Sleep well. A good nights sleep is impossible for most of us. If it’s not stress keeping us awake, it’s our partners snoring, or our kids screaming, but at least eight hours of sleep per night is essential to maintain good skin. It is between the hours of ten at night and two in the morning that our skin repairs itself as much as it can. If we are not asleep between these hours, then our skin cannot reguvenate. An early night, just a couple of times per week, can make all the difference!

Step Two: Face Up. When you sleep, don’t sleep on your side with half of your face buried into the pillow. Try and sleep facing the ceiling. The more you rub your face against the pillow, the more you are damaging your skin. What’s the point in rugevenating your skin when you are damaging it by rubbing it up and down while you are asleep?

Step Three: Use Sunblock. Use it all the time, even when you think you are not going to get sunburnt. You should make sure you use more at times when the sun is at it’s highest, normally around midday, and a couple of hours either side of it. Get a seperate one for your body and your face and make sure the one in your face has a moisturizer to it. Keeping your face looked after, especially in the sun, can prevent premature skin wrinkles.

Step Four: Fake Tan! Don’t sunbathe for hours on end, or use tanning beds every week. These can all damage your skin and lead to premature skin wrinkles. Look after your skin, and it will ook after you. If you imagine the sun as an oven, when you want food to cook and go brown, you put it in the oven. That is essentially what you are doing when you sunbathe – cooking yourself!

Step Five: Moisturize. Use a daily moisutrizing cream, especially on your face. You can get some pretty good anti-aging creams, that don’t have to cost the earth. The more moisturized your skin is, the more it can repair itself and the healthier it will look.

Trying these five steps as much as possile will reduce your chances of getting premature skin wrinkles. They will happen eventually, but they don’t have to happen right now!

On the first day you can have fruits and vegetables. You can have fruits like watermelon or fruits of your choice. On day two you should eat cooked or raw vegetables though preference should be given to raw vegetables. On day three you can proceed with a mixture of fruit and vegetables. You can decide the quantities to be consumed. On day four you can have only bananas and milk. Have up to 8 bananas and 4 glasses of milk. On day 5 you can indulge yourself in some really good food like beef, tomatoes and burgers. Again have them in limit. On day six you can have fish and vegetables. Day seven will consist of fruits, vegetables and brown rice. This is an example of a supplements free weight loss program.

This was just one example of a weight loss program. There are a lot of weight loss programs prescribed by dieticians worldwide. The choice of a weight loss program differs from case to case. For example, some people maybe only slightly obese while many people might be comparatively more.
